Job Description

  • To provide high quality administrative support in all matters to the DG and his deputies
  • To facilitate decision-making within the NISR and the speedy delivery of work programs on a day-to-day basis.
  • To organize meetings as directed by the DG or the Directors;
  • To organize interim work reports in collaboration with the Directors.
  • To assist the DG in the preparation and execution of Board of Director meetings;
  • To be the first point of contact for external partners;
  • To provide other ancillary duties as required by the DG and deputies

Job Profile

A1 in Secretarial Studies, Office Management or A0 in Public Administration, Administrative Sciences, Management, Sociology, Social Work, Law

Key Technical Skills & Knowledge required:

  • Office Management Skills;
  • Excellent Communication, Organizational, Interpersonal Skills;
  • Computer knowledge (Work Processing, Power Point and Internet)

  • To Develop scientific methods and ensure their application in the measurement of variables characteristic of social and economic processes;
