 Job Description
• To Plan, Design, Develop modules that make up course content in Language and Communication • To develop and deliver curriculum in Languages and Communication • To update existing Language and Communication modules • To spearhead the Validation process of the modules and courses in Language and Communication • To develop tailor made learning solutions and incorporate clients specific need • To plan, design and direct class room training, e-learning and multimedia programs and other computer aided instructional programs, conferences and workshops specifically related to matters pertaining to the area of Language and Communication • To assess outcome and impact of training provided in Language and Communication; •


To plan and conduct training needs assessments’; To coach and mentor trainees in relevant subject areas through peer learning groups and communities of knowledge • To advise both public, private sectors and civil society on matters pertaining to the area of Language and Communication • To conduct research and consultancy activities relevant to the area of Language and Communication • To participate in research and consultancy assignments’ through institutional shared services • To organise workshops, public lectures to advance knowledge in the area of Language and Communication • Publish briefing papers, policy analyses, and show trends on the matter • Publish research outcomes on the subject of expertise • Researches and drafts courses related training manuals and materials for use by training staff. • To execute any other task assigned by his/her line manager
 Job Profile
At least Master’s Degree with 6 years of working experience in Literature or Science of Information and Communication Technical Skills required: – Computer skills – Strong presentantion and Public Speaking abilities – Speaking abilities – Excellent interpersonal skills – Communication Skills – Team working skills – Fluent in Kinyarwanda, English and French

 Job Profile
Financial Analysis , ACCA, CPA, Master’s Degree in Financial Management with 6 years relevant experience in Financial Management Technical skills required • Computer skills, • Strong presentation and public speaking abilities, • Excellent interpersonal skills, • Communication skills, • Team working skills, • Fluent in Kinyarwanda, English, Knowledge of French language would be an added advantage.

 Job Description
• To actively participate in implementing and managing marketing procedures and processes of research and consultancy services done by RMI, • To develop and design research proposals and attract research grants, • To liaise with internal and external experts for conducting consultancy services in the domains of management and administration, • To play a leading role in identifying sources of funding and secure consultancy bids for RMI, • To engage in high-quality research activities resulting in high quality publications, • To secure research funding through designing bankable research proposals specifically targeting applied research themes and topics, • To identify and develop consultancy proposals for RMI and joint consortia consultancy activities, • To design and implement research capacity strengthening plans for both RMI staff, partners and clients, • To produce high-quality research products in the field of management and administration, • To organize workshops and invite prominent personalities to make presentations at national conferences in the relevant fields, • To cultivate relations with international reputable peer review committees and contribute to journal articles in the relevant fields of research, • To commercialize and disseminate RMI consultancy work and research products to the public with a focus on attracting potential research grants funding, • To develop business-oriented contacts with other skills-development, professional agencies, private sector entities, consultancy and research institutions to generate income for RMI, • To classify and keep all research findings for easy access and usage, • To ensure publication and access to publications that adheres to Rwandan intellectual property and international laws, • To actively participate in strategic planning processes of RMI if required. • Undertake additional duties, as required by his/her line manager
 Job Profile
Master’s degree in Business Administration, Communication Management, Public Administration, Statistics, Management, Economics with three years in the same post Key technical skills and knowledge required: – Deep undersanding of research Methodologies and Statistics Concepts; – Knowledge of Rwanda’s Management Policies and Strategies; – Knowledge of various statistical software packages; – Knowledge to prepares and publishes statical and technical reports and research papers; – Having analytical abilities; – Having skills to see trends and patterns; – Being a leader to motivate other members; – Being persistent and self confident; – Having teamwork abilities; – Being resourceful and creative; – Being flexible; – Being able to work under pressure; – Having good math and literacy abilities; – Having competent use of Computer; – Fluent in Kinyarwanda , English and French; – Ability to travel regularly
