DEVELOPMENT OFFICERS (LOAN OFFICERS)
- Number: 10
- Reporting line: Head of agency
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Carry out prospecting and commercial follow-up;
- Take charge of the micro-credit process;
- Process credit applications;
- Monitor the reimbursement and security of funds;
- Participate in the collection of unpaid debts;
- Participate in the loyalty process;
- Accompany and educate customers;
- Marketing savings products and other microfinance products.
Business Competence
- Prospecting and sales
- Sales techniques
- Marketing and representation
Qualifications:
Have at least a Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Accounting, Management, Finance;
At least 1 year of experience in a similar position in an MFI or in a Bank (Business relationship Manager) must be able to speak and write French.
