Job Description

“A. Managing the DG’s office.
1. Keep the diary of appointments of the Director General);
2. Receive and orient visitors of the DG;
3. Ensure that office supplies are available;
4. Ensure that DG’s office equipment are functioning well ;
5. Prepare the DG’s travels & missions;
6. Organize all meetings called or attended by DG (documents, logistics and confirmations etc.)

– Accountable to the Director of Teacher Management and Staffing Unit;

– Keep records of teachers;

– Prepare certificates of registration for qualified teachers ;

– Register all teachers after their appointment in schools;
