ADMISSION OFFICER |
§EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE §He/she must have A minimum of a diploma in Finance or accounting (A1) § He /She should have 3 years of working experience in hospital setting. § SKILLS AND ABILITIES § Job Knowledge & Skill, Cooperation, Communication, Clients service focus, and supervision § Should be customer care focused § Deep knowledge of work processes and/or procedures including financial administration and computer based management. § Demonstrates ability to work both independently and within a team. § Excellent written and oral communication skills |
§ Daily Cash collection and reporting § Patient registration and medical bills computation § Management of Support document for the medical bills § Reconciliation of physical cash collected and system balances § Checking the validate of the Medical cover documentations (Insurance Cards, medical cover letters) § Accurate capture of Patients details in the Hospital Management System § Safe Guard patient’s valuables, by providing receipt to patient and making note in patient’s case sheet as per Policy and Procedure § On request enters and extracts data about patient’s appointments, admissions, transfers, and discharge to facilitate quality service delivery. § Report whenever cash in hand does not balance with receipt book TO apply, please fill the application here https://forms.gle/uz2M3nWAf3h39CKC8 |
