Job description
• Keep the register of the courier of the Department: both incoming and out going.
• Receive and orient administrative documents where they are supposed to be oriented;

Job description
1. Organize and supervise laboratory activities
2. Ensuring the well-functioning of the cold chain and other equipments in the Serology laboratory
3. Ensure the review and validation of laboratory test results and the update of their records

Job description
• Drive and control all phases of operation and maintenance of medical equipment, hosting a team of professionals and ensuring the efficiency and quality of services provided.
• Plan, organize and manage the implementation of activities concerning the management and maintenance of medical equipment: planning, procurement, installation and commissioning, maintenance, security, equipment monitoring, framing his team.
• Participate in and oversee the commissioning of new medical devices and equipment by monitoring the implementation of regulations and obligations.
• Analyze in coherent way the technical needs associated to the exploitation of the majority of the medical devices used for, whether it is in maintenance or in new work.
• Assure the quality control and the safety on the majority of running medical devices.
• Plan, manage and communicate the preventive and corrective actions in new work, maintenance and quality control on the majority of running medical devices.
• Contribute to have mastery of the majority of medical devices and to the continuous improvement of their performance.
• Realize preventive and curative maintenance on the majority of medical devices.
• Follow-up the activities realized by outside contributors.
• Contribute in the elaboration and follow-up of all the documents dealing with the activities of medical substructures • Make the expertise of the majority of medical devices.
• Contribute to elaborate regularly the technical reports and other reports.
• Contribute to other activities of MMC according to the needs.
• Delivers comprehensive evaluation of direct reports complete with development plans followed up by active coaching; ensures that staff under him/her are evaluated and developed
