The company is seeking to recruit experienced and competent Managers and officers to fill the following vacant positions:

Profile

Formulation Chemist

Among others the formulation chemist shall be responsible for the following

Formulating compounds into new product
Plan and control laboratory work to develop, understand and test new and improved manufacturing processes in order to meet agreed targets
Conduct stability testing and recordto
Test substances for composition, properties, structures and reactions
Perform quantitative and qualitative analysis on raw materials using, laboratory experimentation.
Follow industry standards on scientific significance, accuracy, safety and record keeping., Optimize formulated ingredients to meet cost objectives and to manage availability of raw materials.

A lord’s or preferably a master’s degree in biochemistry, material science, chemistry, or related industry is required
Experience with HPLC testing and other stability testing methods.
Knowledge in FDA and other regulatory agency requirements.
Minimum 5years of working experience with 5 years in chemical or pharmaceutical manufacturing

Establishing a balance between increased productivity and reduced costs of manufacturing operations
Evaluating machine resources to ensure continued production and minimal downtime
Ensuring all safety and health standards are met to keep an organization accident-free
Among others

Qualified in Applied chemistry, or Electro-mechanic
Having at least 5years Years of Experience in Chemical Industry or any other related field.
Interpersonal and Time Management Skills
Ability to create a Safe and Effective Environment.
Ability to analyze Information.
PC Proficiency.

Typing Letters and different reports on behalf of the Managing Director

Maintain a company calendar and schedule appointments
Answer queries by employees and clients
Maintain and update company databases
Organize a filing system for important and confidential company documents
Distribute and store correspondence (e.g. letters, emails, and packages)
Arrange different company travels and accommodation
Schedule in-house and external events

Proven work experience as an Administrative Officer, Administrator, or similar role
Solid knowledge of office procedures
Experience with office management software like MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, specifically)
Strong organization skills with a problem-solving attitude
Bachelor’s degree in Administration or a related file
Fluent in English, French, and Kinyarwanda
