Job Description: Operations and Administration Executive (FARM)
Position: Operations and Administration Executive
Location: Kamonyi/Mugina, Rwanda
Jagro Rwanda Limited, a foreign direct investment firm, has started to play a pivotal role in Rwanda’s agricultural sector. Responsibilities:
- Stock Handling and Logistics:
- Oversee inventory management, ensuring accurate stock levels.
- Coordinate logistics for timely and efficient product distribution And Administrative Support
- Mange the fleet at optimum level and Share related Management information
- Provide administrative assistance to streamline daily operations.
Manage inventory, Fixed Assets and Moving Assets , and facility maintenance
- Maintain organized and up-to-date records for stock, logistics, and administrative processes.
Prepare reports and documentation as required by management.
- Vendor Coordination on timely delivery to maintain stock levels
Collaborate with vendors to ensure the timely delivery of goods and services and Inspection of Goods quality on Arrival.
- ERP and System discipline
Ensure the ERP Data and Physical verifications are in order.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field.
- Proven experience in stock handling and logistics is a must.
- Experience in handling fresh produce will be an added advantage.
Skills:
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in ERP
- Proficient in inventory management and logistics coordination.
- Familiarity with handling fresh produce (added advantage).
- Flexibility in Working Hours and Leave Plan
Requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field.
Experience: Minimum of 3 years in operations and administration, with a focus on stock handling and logistics.

Responsibilities:
- Business Development:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the modern trade and B2B sales sector.
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients to achieve sales targets.
- Sales Strategy:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
- Collaborate with the Operations team to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Market Analysis:
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competition, and opportunities.
- Provide insights to enhance product positioning and marketing strategies.
- Client Engagement:
- Provide exceptional customer service and address client inquiries.
- Export Portfolio Management:
- Manage the export portfolio for fresh produce.
- Coordinate with logistics and ensure timely delivery of export orders.
- Day to Day Sales Operations:
- Order Taking
- Route Planning
- Sales invoice raising
- GRN Collection
- Cash Collection On time
- Reporting:
- Prepare daily sales reports and presentations for management.
- Provide feedback on market trends and competitor activities.
- Conversant in working with an ERP System
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year in Modern Trade B2B sales.
- Skills:
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Familiarity with export processes for fresh produce (added advantage).
- Availability: Immediate availability preferred.
