Job Requirements
Education:
A master’s degree in commerce, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience:
5 years of outstanding performance in Sales management. With at least 3 years in a managerial role.
Professional/Technical competencies:
- Sales & Marketing skills
- Customer focused.
- IT literacy.
Behavioral competencies:
- Team player/builder
- Good business sense
- Ability to manage self and be a team player, good conflict management, take and manage accountability.
- Personal Skills – Trustworthy, integrity and ethical in dealings
Senior Manager – Consumer Segments and Products at MTN Rwanda: Deadline 16 June 2023)
Education
- First degree in Marketing, Economics, Statistics, Computer Science, or relevant disciplines.
- Possession of post graduate degree (MBA/ Masters in relevant discipline) will be advantageous.
- Fluent in English and French. Knowledge of Kinyarwanda will be advantageous.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years working experience with at least 3 years in managerial role in relevant sector/ industry.
- Proven experience in proposition development, customer management, marketing management, market research, sales, and channel management in telecom or FMCG.
- Proven experience in Design Thinking / Customer-centred Design.
Apprentice- Project management at MTN Rwanda: Deadline 14 June 2023)
Job Requirements
- First degree in Computer Sciences / Information Technology
- 2 years experience in managing IT projects or demands in the IT sector.
- Fluent in English and language of the country preferable
- PMP, PRINCE2 and ACP (Agile) Certified/Related will be an added advantage.
- Strong communication skills.
