Job description
Key Responsibilities ( Job Description):
1. Managing Director General Agenda.
• Keep the journal of appointments of the Director General
• Receive and orient visitors of the Director General
• Prepare the Director General’s travels, missions and meetings.
2. Ensuring proper filing and orientation of documents in the office of Director General.
• Filing both electronic and hard documents in the office of the Director General.
• Orient correspondences and monitor to ensure that feedback is provided.
3. Receiving official mails and Calls of the Director General.
• Receiving text messages or telephone calls for the Director General.
• Responding to the Director General of the corrections documents / files before it is signed.
• Type write texts from the Director General.
4. Establish and maintain the general filing system and file all correspondences
Develop and maintain a current and accurate filing system
Carry out on daily basis the filing of processed documents.
Determine Central Secretariat documents to be sent to NRS Documentation and Archives Office.
Take minutes at various meetings of the Administration and Human Resource Unit
5. Receive and provide clear guidance and orientation to NRS clients
Receive and answer telephone calls and orient them accordingly
Receive NRS clients and provide orientation
