Job Profile
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with an option in Accounting, Finance and Economics with 5 years of relevant experience in a banking/ Microfinance sector in audit, accounting, or management operations Or a Master’s degree in the aforementioned fields with 3 years relevant experience in a banking/ Microfinance sector in audit, accounting, or management operations
• Having a professional qualification (ACCA, CPA, CIA) would be an added value
• Be approved as External Auditor of Microfinance Institutions by National Bank of Rwanda is an added value
• Excellent conceptual and analytical skills.

• Strategize and plan the processes, including moving the data and converting content as necessary, while considering risks and potential impacts
• Cleanse or translate data so that it can be effectively moved between systems, apps, or software
• Oversee and perform the direct migration of data, which may require adjustments
• Analysing the method of transforming existing data into a format for the new environment and the loading of U
