Director of Business Development (1)	– Develop and implement business development strategies aligned with company goals. – Identify new markets and partnership opportunities. – Lead client acquisition and maintain key relationships. – Oversee bids, proposals, and contract negotiations. – Set revenue growth targets and monitor performance. – Lead marketing initiatives and represent the company externally. – Lead, mentor, and support the business development team.	– Strong business development, sales strategy, and marketing skills. – Leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management – Strategic thinking and analytical abilities.	– A Relevant Post Graduate Qualification (master’s in Business administration or strategic management). – 6 years plus of relevant professional experience.

Financial Controller (1)	– Manage accounting operations and financial reporting. – Ensure compliance with IFRS and internal controls. – Monitor cash flow, budgets, and variance analysis. – Coordinate audits and implement financial systems improvements. -Maintain effective communication with internal and external stakeholders to promote collaboration and information sharing. -Present financial insights clearly to non-financial stakeholders to support informed decision-making. -Continuously engage with external stakeholders to identify potential financial support, stay updated on financial best practices and leverage opportunities that enhance the organization’s financial sustainability and strategic objectives.	– Strong financial management, reporting, and analytical skills. – Leadership and problem-solving abilities.	– Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance. – Professional qualification (ACCA/CPA) preferred. – 5 years plus of relevant professional experience with supervisory responsibilities.
