Job Description
• Ensure that finance procedures are implemented and adhered to;
• Coordinate the Development of annual budget and MTEF with input from the Directors specific areas of responsibility.
• Coordinate preparation of annual and periodic cash flow plans based on approved budget, procurement and action plan;
• Monitoring of cash flow projections and requests;
• Monitoring the annual operating budget and control its execution in compliance with the public finance regulations and procedures;
• Management of bank accounts;
• Production of periodic high quality management information and providing leadership to management in interpreting this information, highlighting the key issues for consideration and follow
– up.
• Coordinate payments for goods and services
• Check conformity and accuracy of payments requests
• Ensure all receipts and disbursement of funds are properly authorised, recorded, have adequate supporting documentation and can be easily extracted for the purpose of preparing financial;
• Supervise entries of transactions and strict and regular check of supporting documenst of expenditures
• Supervise the preparation of bank reconciliation statements at the end of each month
• Coordinate monthly and annual production of financial statements in accordance with national and international Public sector accounting standard;
• Liaise with the Internal and External Audit and assist them in their respective functions;
• Carry out any other duties assigned by his superiors
• Be a global burden of diseases expert in your field
Job Profile
Accounting Professional Qualification recognised by IFAC (ACCA, CPA) with 1 year of working experience or A0 in Finance, Accounting, Management specialized in Finance/Accounting with 3 years of working experience or Master’s Degree in Finance, Accounting with 1 Year of working experience.

• Monitor the implementation of the action plans according to wider plans, programs and projects
• Analyze the reports on programs implementation and evaluate results of programs and projects

• Ensure availability of statistical data for policy making
• Monitor the budget execution
• Evaluate the impact of the implementation of policies and programs
• Ensure harmonization of all M&E systems within the health sector

• Provide capacity building to Districts in the area of M&E
