  • Effectively implement the program’s life skills interventions.
  • Developing lesson plans.
  • Teaching basic welding techniques.
  • Helping students to acquire specialized skills.
  • Selecting materials for classes, recommending training equipment, and adhering to safety regulations.
  • Minimum of A2 in Welding
  • Minimum of 2 years of direct experience in training.
  • A showcase of welding expertise, instruction abilities, patience, and perseverance. Evaluation skills, recordkeeping, and organization.
  • Extensive knowledge of Rwanda country education system, policies, and strategies.
  • The capable communicator in English; including written
  • Conversance with French and Arabic an added advantage.
  • Self-motivated and client-orientated with a strong sense of personal ethics, integrity, and quality.
  • Strong interpersonal and intercultural skills
  • High level of flexibility and tolerance to ambiguity.
  • Computer skills in Word, Excel, powerpoint and other work-related software.

  • Documents financial transactions by entering account information.
  • Recommends financial actions by analyzing accounting options.
  • Summarizes current financial status by collecting information; preparing a balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and other reports as requested.
  • Analyze all financial transactions by analyzing documents
  • Maintains accounting controls by preparing and recommending policies and procedures.
  • Secures financial information by completing database backups.
  • Prepares payments by verifying documentation, and requesting disbursements.
  • Enforcing adherence to requirements, and advising management on needed actions.
  • Prepares special financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information and trends.
  • Advice the School on all finance legal requirement about all types of payable taxes.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in accounting, finance or any other related field of study.

Develop content expertise and share the importance of social entrepreneurship and business fundamentals.
Collaborate with leaders and teachers over expanded professional development to create rigorous, standards-aligned curriculum including scope and sequence, long-term plan, unit plans.
Collaborate weekly with leaders and teachers to develop interim, midterm, and final assessments.
Share teaching strategies, visit peer classrooms and analyze academic achievement data daily to develop best practice pedagogy
Demonstrated experience or willingness to engage in a community where teaching is public (i.e. engaging in classroom visits, publication and critique of curriculum, observation and feedback cycles).
Have structured planning time built into the school day to plan the highest quality lessons

Holds a Bachelor’s degree in Education specialized in Entrepreneurship with a minimum of 2 years of Experience in Teaching.
Demonstrated evidence of the ability to reflect and articulate the lessons learned from experience.
Demonstrated evidence of strong content knowledge in personal finance and health and wellness.
Demonstrated ability to help students overcome conceptual difficulties in a specific content area
Demonstrated evidence of excellent classroom management skills and ability to cultivate a rigorous classroom climate
Highest commitment to improving curriculum and instruction through collaboration, best practices, regular assessment, and data analysis’
Effective communication skills with students, parents, and colleagues.’
Speaks English, Kinyarwanda or Arabic has experience working with bilingual students (preferred).

  • Develop and implement instructional plans and activities in the laboratory.
  • Implement and coordinate work-study arrangements;  Instruct and demonstrate proper safety practices, procedures, and standards.
  • Coordinate and instruct aspects of the carpenter apprenticeship and curriculum.
  • Monitor and record student progress providing formative feedback and evaluations.
  • Build positive relationships with students by providing meaningful and current instruction.
  • Provide students with clear expectations, continual feedback, and logical consequences.
  • Provide cover-off during absences and assist coworkers with peak workload.
  • Minimum of A2 in Welding

  • Knowledge of shop mathematics, including elementary geometry acquired through trades related training.
  • Knowledge of: principles that apply to wood construction; the use of shop and hand-tools, the properties of various materials and techniques used to build, modify and repair structures to withstand varying loads.
  • Knowledge of instructional techniques and inventory control principles and practices.
  • Able to implement the school curriculum and other programs and operations.
  • Strong presentation skills with the ability to develop and deliver instructional material.
  • Strong written, oral and interpersonal communication skills are required( able to communicate in English, French or Arabic.
  • Strong organizational skills are required to coordinate the many aspects of the work.
