The Advocacy Advisor (AA) is a pivotal role within the Twiyubakire Programme, providing technical assistance to Civil Society Organisations (CSOs) to develop and implement effective, evidence-based advocacy strategies aligned with government priorities and best practice methodologies, including Trócaire’s Citizen Monitoring and Advocacy (CMA) framework. Reporting to the Team Leader, the AA will actively engage with CSOs, their networks, and Government of Rwanda (GoR) stakeholders to promote constructive dialogue, influence policy, and amplify citizen voices. Technical Expertise and Advisory Support

The Finance and Grant Officer (FGO) for the Twiyubakire Programme will provide essential day-to-day financial and grant management support, reporting to the Finance Manager.
