JOB AT RULINDO DISTRICT : Infrastructure and Equipment Maintenance Officer at Provincial Hospital : ( Deadline : 15 April 2019 )

 

Job Description

1. Participate in installation, maintenance, troubleshooting and repair so that the infrastructure is in good operating condition and safe;
2. Collaborate with design engineers on upgrade and development projects by providing technical input to the infrastructure design;
3. Contribute to installation planning, problem
– solving during installation, and proactive communication with design engineers throughout the project;
4. Organize and conduct inventories to insure that tools and parts are available;
5. Undertake proactive health and safety inspections, audits, monitoring and preventative maintenance for all infrastructure sites
6. Undertake maintenance schedules, regular inspection, maintenance, repair and replacement of items infrastructure;
7. Administer supervision of engineers and other maintenance personnel works;
8. Comply with Health and Safety by: adhering to standards;
9. Collaborate closely with the Environmental and Hygiene Team to ensure all new projects, works and improvements are sustainable, well designed and fit for purpose;
10. Deputize as necessary for the supervisor;
11. Submit monthly, quarterly and annually report to the supervisor
12. Perform other related duties as required

 

 

 

 

Job Profile

A1/A0 in civil engineering.

 

Key Technical Skills & Knowledge required:

 

– Knowledge in the Rwanda Infrastructure Sector;

– Knowledge in infrastructure technologies;

– Knowledge in healthcare regulatory compliance
programs;

– Knowledge in health Infrastructure, noms and
Standards;

– Knowledge in identifying potential health sites;

– Knowledge in Public health Infrastructure,

– Knowledge in health systems;

– Master planning skills;

Job Description

1.Prepare, examine and analyze accounting records, financial statements and other financial reports to assess accuracy, completeness and conformance to reporting and procedure standards.
2.Ensure compliance with financial rules and regulations.
3.Review entries and corrects errors and inconsistencies in financial entries, documents and reports.
4.Determines proper handling of financial transactions and approves transactions with in designated limits.
5.Coordinate monthly closing procedures and reconciliation of general ledger accounts.
6.Adhere to internal and external reporting deadlines.
7.Be responsible for tax obligations
8.Work with both internal and external auditors during financial operational audits.
9.Support the institutions mission, vision, values and goals in the performance of daily activities.
10.Review of accounts payables and weekly check runs
11.Monitor compliance with financial rules and regulations in forth and institutional procedures
12.Utilize teamwork to develop departmental synergy
13.Reports, analyses and ensure integrity of all final information

JOB AT RULINDO DISTRICT : Recovery Officer A2 : ( Deadline : 15 April 2019 )

 

Job Description

1. Ensuring hospital credit control and internal control are adhered to
2. Analyzing debtor information and data with the aim of enhancing credit control measures
3. Facilitating effectively revenue capture
4. Maintaining and managing customer relationship
5. Organize, supervise and control all billing and revenue collection activities
6. Be responsible of internal recovery and produce a weekly report on payment of hospitalized patients in Collaborations with matrons and those responsible for social cases in the hospital
7. Be responsible for external recovery to clients with third party contract with the institution and produce a monthly report regarding the payment status of each client.
8. Follow up of transmission of credits from ward clerk to cashiers then to billing and invoicing officers
9. Ensure fully management and execution of Ministry of Health tariff respecting categories elaborated on the tariff
10. Establish paying arrangements with patients, monitor payments, following up with patients when payment lapses occurs
11. Communicate with patients and/or health insurance companies on regular basis to insure all invoices are paid on time.
12. Contribute to the hospital environmental hygiene
13. Participating in quality assurance and quality improvement of the hospital.
14. Perform any other duties as assigned by immediate line Manager.
15. Submit monthly, quarterly and annually report to the supervisor.

 

Job Profile

A2 in Accountancy
