Job title: Team leader-design
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for all engineering activities of the design team.
- Defining, planning and approving the work activities of the design team. This includes defining and approving work content that may be assigned to other functional resource group within the engineering department.
- Function as the Lead Engineer for product by acting to ensure due diligence is applied throughout the design process through coaching, mentoring and oversight of the design team. An example of due diligence in design would be making sure meaningful design reviews are conducted.
- Management and approval of changes to the design throughout the design process from concept generation through release of all design deliverables.
- Following accepted design and review practices including DFMEA, DVPR, design reviews utilizing subject matter experts, and others.
- Ensure the design meets Design for Manufacturing requirements.
- Ensure the design is capable of meeting agreed-to reliability and quality requirements and performance requirements.
- Generating cost targets and estimates for the design, and for ensuring the design meets the agreed-to cost goals.
- Creation and delivery of all required design deliverables.
- Planning and maintaining the development schedule and for delivering design deliverables according to the schedule.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (or technical discipline) and at least 7 years of experience in product development is required.
- Master’s Degree in Engineering is preferred.
- Project management experience is preferred.
- Supervisory or Managerial experience is preferred
- Proven practical experience in mechanical design
- Strong analytical skills and experience with practical “hands-on” hardware experience.
- Design for Six Sigma Green or Black Belt Certification is a plus
- Experience using project management software is desired.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.

Responsibilities
- Research and draft blueprints, engineering plans, and graphics
- Develop test prototypes
- Identify solutions to improve production efficiency
- Use design software to develop models and drawings of new products
- Maintain existing engineering records and designs
- Assess all engineering prototypes to determine issues or risks
- Estimate cost limits and budgets for new designs
- Supervise the manufacturing process of all designs
- Coordinate with other engineers, management, and the creative department
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in design engineering, engineering, product design or relevant field
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Accurate and strong attention to detail
- Proficient in MS Office, SolidWorks and any other popular design software
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively

Job title: CNC Programmer
Responsibilities:
- Read and review technical drawings and import 2D and 3D CAD drawings into Mastercam.
- Create programs in PLC using 2D and 3D CAD drawings.
- Checks completed programs by running simulations in the available CAM software.
- Determine the correct sequence of operations that will be programed for the machines.
- Consider tools required to cut particular materials; review with tool administrator any special tooling that will be needed to make sure tools needed are in-house.
- Use computer software to program and choose the correct tools, cutting paths, feed and speeds for the machines.
- Simplify tool lists to increase productivity for the machines.
- Create clear and detailed instructions in the programs for the machinists.
- Modify existing programs for increased efficiency.
- Adjust machine cutting paths or settings to optimize production while maintaining quality.
- Troubleshoot and resolve program problems at the machine.
- Work closely with the supervisor and the machinist to optimize and work through issues that may arise.
- Make recommendations to the designers and engineers for product enhancements and manufactory efficiency.
- May need to set up tools, set part zero, tool offsets, holding devises and prove out a new program at the machine until completion of 1st piece inspection.
- May need to create a 2D and 3D model within CAM software to make fixturing for the machines.
Responsibilities:
- Bachelor’s degree or advanced diploma in design engineering, engineering, product design or relevant field
- Minimum of 5 years of CAM software programming experience in a manufacturing setting.
- Minimum of 3 years experience in operating CNC machines in a work environment.
- Ability to program multi-axis CNC milling and lathe equipment using CAM software (MasterCAM, SolidWorks CAM, Solid Edge, Fusion 360, NX CAM etc).
- Must have great computer programming skills
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and blueprints
- Skilled at troubleshooting mechanical or logistical problems
- Time management skills, listening and verbal communication skills desired.

Job Description
- Communicate with Engineering, Configuration Management, Quality, Production, and Project Managers to complete tasks and provide status.
- Maintain drawing status lists.
- Utilize SolidWorks or other design development software tools to generate drawings and technical data packages.
- Prepare 3D layouts, assembly drawings, detailed drawings, and Bill of Materials.
- Utilize established SolidWorks Workgroup PDM.
- Sustain a high production workload for all projects and tasks.
- Update drawings per Engineering Change Orders (ECOs) and Action Items (AIs).
- Work closely with the Technical Writing Department to provide Graphics, which consists of converting eg .dwg files to .tif.
Qualifications:
- Degree in engineering or diploma
- Two Years of experience using SolidWorks.
- 5 Years of experience using Autocad, to include Draftsman experience
- Experience in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.)
- Experience in Paint Shop Pro & Photoshop.

Quality Managers are responsible for monitoring and evaluating internal production processes, examining products to determine their quality and engaging with customers, and gathering product feedback, among other duties.
Quality Managers occupy important positions and will need to be highly conscientious and responsible workers, as defective products could cost company significant losses.
The QC&S Manager will report to the Technical Director.
Responsibilities;
- Understanding customer expectations of and needs from a product
- Developing quality control processes
- Designing product specifications
- Ensuring products are designed with adherence to legal and safety standards
- Supervising staff and monitoring production standards
- Examining the quality of raw materials that are used in production
- Monitoring and evaluating internal production processes
- Evaluating final output of products to determine their quality
- Rejecting products that fail quality standards
- Engaging with customers and gathering product feedback
- Producing statistical reports on quality standards
- Reporting to upper management on quality standard issues
- Evaluating product recalls
- Improving production efficiency and managing waste
Requirements;
