Planning Officer at RWANDA GOVERNANCE BOARD (RGB): (Deadline 22 June 2022)
Job description
1. Planning
– Participation in the preparation of various strategic guiding documents;
– Consolidate the action plans from different departments;
– Support the implementation, monitoring and evaluation of RGB Plan of action and budget including Medium term expenditure framework (MTF)
– Interpret the planning and budgeting guidelines to RGB staff to facilitate effective planning;
– Support the development of capacity building and procurement plans
2. Reporting
– Interpret reporting formats and tools to RGB staff
– Work with M & E staff to development monitoring and evaluation plan;
– Support departments in the compilation of the periodic reports (quarterly, semi-annual and annul) and consolidation of the reports;
3. Organizational learning and capacity strengthening.
– Maintain a database to track Planning, Monitoring and Evaluation and Reporting (PMER) capacities of all staff;
– Contribute to training on good PMER practices of all staff
– Support RGB to document results and lessons from various programs implemented
