Social Protection Officer at MINALOC: (Deadline 4 July 2022)
Job description
– Contribute in the policies, strategies, programs and regulations related to Social protection;
– Identify the performance indicators to measure Social protection programmes and projects;
– Participate in the implementation of the policies, strategies, programs and regulations related to social protection;
– Contribute to continuous capacity development of social protection actors in local government;
– Monitor mechanisms geared to ensure that sector programmes are benefiting the poor and vulnerable groups;
– Monitor the mainstreaming of disability and social inclusion across sectors;
– Monitor citizen subscription to community-based health insurance;
– Participate in Social Protection sector working group and technical working group;
– Establish regular monitoring framework with social protection affiliated agencies
– Prepare social assistance earmarked fund guidelines and monitor their execution;
– Carry out research relevant to his/her attributions to ensure standardized and effective performance;
– Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor;

Skills in dealing with social protection multilateral institutions
