Job description
– Participate in policies, strategies, programs and regulations elaboration processes for effective and efficient performance in local governance, social protection programs, services delivery and local economic development;
– Conduct regular and spot inspections on social protection programs, service delivery and local economic development and ensure timely reporting and dissemination;
– Provide early warning information to the ministry on deviations from established procedures, standards and regulations governing service delivery, social protection programs and local economic development;
– Analyze and follow up implementation of recommendations from inspections, assessments and audits conducted in Local Government by different institutions;
– Participate and facilitate regular Local Government Inspection Coordination Platform meetings and follow up the implementation of resolutions thereof;
– Perform any other ministry duties assigned by the supervisor

Job description
– Draft the legal texts regarding the Ministry mandate;
– Conduct legal analysis and propose necessary amendments;
– Interpret laws, instructions, regulations and procedures to the Ministry;
– Provide legal opinion to laws, agreements, contracts and any other legal instruments;
– Collect and document all legal instruments relating to the institutions;
– Disseminate existing legal instruments involving the Ministry;
– Follow up legal instruments submitted for approval.
– Advise management on possible litigation risks and contribute to find solutions to avoid litigation;
