16Demonstrable knowledge and experience in staff training and capacity building in the field of planning and budgeting

17Strong and confident communication skills, particularly in high level discussions as well as strong relationship building and management skills

18Demonstrable ability to find solutions to complex challenges.

19Demonstrable knowledge and experience in staff training and capacity building in the field of public financial management and revenue collection
