United Nations International Law Fellowship 2024: (Deadline 22 March, 2024)
The United Nations International Law Fellowship is a summer program in the Peace Palace in The Hague, Netherlands, that is completely supported. The program lasts for three weeks. Participants will attend international law-related lectures and seminars during this time. The Codification Division of the UN Office of Legal Affairs oversees the organization of the UN International Law Fellowship Program. The fellowship will be held in The Hague, Netherlands, from July 1 to August 2, 2024.
This scholarship is fully funded, with the UN paying for all associated costs. Travel expenses, lodging, health insurance, stipend, and fellowship application fee will all be paid for by the fellow. There will be twenty participants, all from poor and emerging economies. Below are further specifics regarding the UN International Law Fellowship 2024.

About United Nations
The English language component of the Indigenous Fellowship Programme (IFP) was established in 1997. It takes place at the Office of the United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights (OHCHR) in Geneva, Switzerland and lasts for 4 weeks, usually coinciding with the annual meeting of the Expert Mechanism on the Rights of Indigenous Peoples (EMRIP). The objective of this training programme is to enhance the knowledge of indigenous peoples on existing international human rights instruments and mechanisms, so they can use them to more effectively advocate for the rights of their communities ……

Requirements for International Law Fellowship Qualification
- You must have a background in law and experience working in international law.
- You must be able to commit to attending the entire program.
- The program will be conducted in English, so fluency in both spoken and written English is required.
- If English is not your mother tongue, you must be able to prove your language proficiency by other means, such as through a diploma of courses conducted in English, a language test certificate, and extensive work experience in English.
