VACANCY ANNOUNCEMENT – SALES EXECUTIVE
Konnect Analytics Ltd., a leading Human Resource company is scouting manpower for its client who is a leading manufacturer for Paper products including Toilet Tissue, Kitchen Napkin, Serviette, and similar products. Our client is looking for SALES EXECUTIVE for its operations.
Responsibilities
- Generate revenue from the trade channel, direct consumers, Hotels and other businesses.
- Develop the trade channel & Distribution Network in line with the company’s plans.
- Execute the marketing plans, introduce new products and services in line with the companies plans.
- Selling the products in Hotel, Bakery, Coffee Shops, Supermarkets and other consumption points.
Requirements
- Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in field sales with excellent relationship with trade channel across Rwanda. Candidates with higher experience can be considered for Sales Head position also.
- Candidates with experience in selling Paper Products, Hygiene products, Food Packaging products will be preferred.
- Experience in selling products in the Super Markets, Hotels, Cafeterias etc, trade channels is a MUST.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding performance objectives (revenue targets, collection targets, etc.)
- Ability to exercise effective judgment, sensitivity, creativity to changing needs and situations; ability to handle a fast-paced environment and challenging workload
- Strong relationship building and negotiation skills.
- Ability to travel extensively within Rwanda & nearby markets.
- You share our values, and work in accordance with those values. Team Working is crucial.
- Language proficiency in Kinyarwanda and English is a must. Knowledge of Swahili & French is a plus point.
