Position Overview
The Bilingual Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service to clients in both French and English. This role involves managing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring that every customer interaction reflects SGS Incorporation’s high standards of care. You will handle queries from diverse clients and provide timely, accurate support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in both French and English.
- Provide clear and accurate information about SGS Incorporation’s services and offerings.
- Assist clients with inquiries, complaints, and account management.
- Troubleshoot technical and non-technical issues and offer timely solutions.
- Document customer interactions, inquiries, and resolutions in the system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient and satisfactory customer support.
- Contribute to improving customer service processes to enhance client satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Fluency in both French and English (spoken and written) is required.
- Proven experience in customer service, ideally within a professional services or technical sector.

- IT literacy skills with the ability to handle technical inquiries and troubleshoot issues.
