The Chinese Government is offering the Fully Funded CSC Scholarship for international students at Zhejiang University in China for the academic year 2025-2026. This scholarship is available to students from all over the world who wish to pursue a Master’s or PhD degree at Zhejiang University.
The scholarship covers a wide range of academic fields, with almost all programs available for postgraduate studies. There is no application fee, and IELTS/TOEFL scores are not required. The Master’s degree program will last between 2-3 years, while the Doctoral degree program will span 3-4 years. The scholarship fully covers all expenses, including tuition, accommodation, and living costs.
Founded in 1897, Zhejiang University (ZJU) is one of China’s oldest and most prestigious universities, located in Hangzhou. It offers 140 undergraduate and 300 postgraduate programs and is ranked 38th in the world.

Eligibility for CSC Scholarship
- The applicant must be a non-Chinese national in good health & currently should not be studying in China.
- The applicant who is applying for a Master’s Degree must have a Bachelor’s Degree, and the age should be under 35.
- The applicant who is applying for a Doctoral Degree must have a Master’s Degree, and the age should be under 40.
Documents Required
Applicants have to upload the following document in online portal to apply for Zhejiang University CSC Scholarship in China:
- CSC Online Application Form, pasted with a recent photograph (white background, 35mm×45mm in size).
- Application form for admission to Zhejiang University
- A scanned clear copy of valid passport.
- Notarized highest diploma (in Chinese/English or notarized in Chinese/English)
- Academic transcripts (in Chinese/English or notarized in Chinese/English)
- Two letter of recommendations
- The applicant’s study plan in China (in Chinese or English)
- Certificate of Chinese/English proficiency (Exempt for those who Studied at English Institute)
- Non-criminal record (within 5 months).
- A copy of the physical examination form (Download).
- Acceptance letter by university supervisor
