Type of Position

The UNDP is looking for People Development interns with experience and knowledge in at least one of the following areas:

Stipend

For Copenhagen, this stipend is an equivalent of $1000 per month (exact amount to be confirmed).

Internship Dates

The Selected Interns will start their internship in February/March 2025 or 1 July 2025, depending on the selected candidates’ choice and UNDP’s needs.

Interns Responsibilities

• Understand UNDP’s structure, policies, and practices. Participate in trainings and workshops to improve skills, especially communication.
• Connect with other UN professionals to expand your network.
• Utilize tools like Zoom, and Microsoft Teams, and design software to create presentations, videos, and online courses.
• Help new employees get started at UNDP.
• Manage employee information and records.
• Support programs that develop future leaders at UNDP.
• Help design leadership training programs.
• Improve the skills and knowledge of UNDP staff.
• Create online courses and training materials.
• Help employees advance their careers at UNDP.
• Provide career counseling and guidance.
• Create and share information about UNDP’s work.
• Design graphics, videos, and presentations.
• Manage and coordinate training programs.
• Design and develop online courses.
• Analyze training data to improve programs.
• Organize and share information within UNDP.

Required Skills

• Strong communication and organizational skills
