Corporate Services Unit Manager at RALGA – Rwanda Association of Local Government Authorities: (Deadline 13 February 2025)
JOB VACANCY ANNOUNCEMENT
Rwanda Association of Local Government Authorities (RALGA) wishes to recruit a Corporate Services Unit Manager whose responsibilities shall be, among others, to coordinate its Corporate Services Unit, ensure the enforcement of RALGA’s organisational structure and operations, coordinate the implementation of RALGA strategic plan, coordinate the preparation of quarterly and annual action plans and budgets and corresponding reports, ensure the compliance with the Operations Procedures Manual, advise on strategies for the financial autonomy and sustainability of of the organisation, coordinate the management of RALGA’s asset, human and financial resources, supervise and provide technical advice on personnel welfare, contracts, salaries, benefits, performance evaluation, issues handling and capital development.
Required qualifications and competencies
- Master’s degree in business administration (finance, accounting, project management, human resources management) or administrative sciences
- Experience of at least 5 years in senior management positions in the fields of human resource management, logistics, leadership of administration
- Experience in working with bilateral and multilateral development partners
- Being conversant with figures, data quality assurance and attention to details
- Ability to work towards targets based on performance indicators.
- High computer literacy
