TITLE: SUPPLY OF STEEL POLES AND MEDIUM VOLTAGE PYLONS.
TENDER REFERENCE NO: 11.07.022/033/G/NCB/24-25/EUCL-DDO-PROC/CG/39
PROCUREMENT METHOD: NATIONAL OPEN COMPETITIVE BIDDING (NCB)
SOURCE OF FUNDS: ENERGY UTILITY CORPORATION LIMITED (EUCL).
- The Energy Utility Corporation Limited (hereinafter called ‘’Client”) funded by EUCL Budget towards the cost of Supply of steel poles and medium voltage pylons. The Client intends to apply a portion of the funds to eligible payments under the contract for which this Bidding Document is issued.
- The Energy Utility Corporation Limited invites eligible bidders to submit bids for the tender of Supply of steel poles and medium voltage pylons as indicated in detail in the statement of Requirements.
- Tender Documents may be obtained on any working day starting on 14/02/2025 from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm at EUCL Headquarter, KN82 ST Nyarugenge District, 1st Floor, Room N° G114, the Secretariat Office of the Procurement Management of EUCL, E-mail: [email protected], upon presentation of a proof payment of a non-refundable fee of Ten thousand Rwandan Francs (10,000 Frw) deposited to Account N° 25044962001 opened at I & M Bank, Rwanda or Account N0 2001161020000121 opened at NCBA Bank, Rwanda.
- All bids shall be accompanied by a Bid Security of 2,000,000Frw as per template provided in the bidding document nothing can be added or deleted thereon, issued by a Bank or any other reputable financial institution recognized in Rwanda, with validity period of 150 days from the submission date.

6. Well printed bids, properly bound and presented in Two copies one of which is the original must reach the Secretariat of the Procurement Management at the address mentioned above not later than 20/3/2025 at 10:00 a.m. Late bids will be rejected and returned unopened.
7. Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders or their representatives who choose to attend at EUCL main board room on 20/3/2025 at 10:30 a.m local time.
8. Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the REG Procurement procedures manual.
