- The Energy Utility Corporation Limited invites eligible bidders to submit bids for the tender for supply of protection system maintenance parts as indicated in detail in the statement of Requirements.
- This tender is made of one (1) indivisible Lot and the participation is open on equal conditions to all companies specialized in the field.
- The Bidding Document may be obtained by interested bidders for any working days from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm at REG-EUCL Headquarters, 1stFloor, Room N° G114, in the Secretariat Office of the Procurement Management of EUCL, P.O Box 5634 Kigali, [email protected] , or [email protected]; upon presentation of proof of payment of a non – refundable amount of Ten Thousand Rwandan Francs (10,000 Frw). This payment shall be made to Account 25044962001 opened at I&M Bank, Rwanda.
- All bids “shall” be accompanied by a declaration of commitment as per the provided template in the bidding document nothing can be added or deleted thereon.
- Well printed bids, properly bound and presented in two copies one of which is the original must reach the Secretariat of the Procurement Management at the address mentioned below not later than 18/03/2025 at 10:00 am. Electronic bidding will not be permitted. Late bids will be rejected and returned unopened.

6. Bids will be opened in a public session and in the presence of the bidders’ representatives who choose to attend in person in the conference room at REG-EUCL Headquarter Offices at 10:30 am local time on the same day.
7. The bids will remain valid for 120 days starting from the deadline of bids submission date.
8. The Outer envelope should clearly indicate the tender reference and title
9. Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the REG Procurement procedures manual
