YLF – Youth Leader Fund 2025 in Japan is a fully funded, transformative 7-day study tour designed for young leaders passionate about global peace and security. Eligibility Criteria of Youth Leader Fund 2025
- The program is open to youth from across the Globe.
- Aged between 18 and 29 years.
- Open to Individuals from diverse educational backgrounds.
- The program will be conducted in English only.
- No specific degree or qualification is required to apply for the program.
Overview of the Program
- Phase 1: Four-Month Online Course:
- The program begins with a four-month online learning phase, including interactive discussions.
- Phase 2: Six-Day Japan Study Tour:
- Upon successful completion of the online course, 50 selected participants will travel to Japan for a six-day study tour in the second quarter of 2026.
Features of the Youth Leader Fund (YLF)
- The Purpose is to eliminate Nuclear Weapons and contribute to a Global Movement for Peace and Disarmament.
- Participants undertake study visits to Hiroshima and Nagasaki.
- They engage directly with Hibakusha, the survivors of the atomic bombings.
