TITLE OF THE TENDER: Tender for Purchase ICT Equipment

Kibogora Polytechnic invites qualified bidders to submit their bids for the following tender for Purchasing of ICT Equipment as indicated in detail in the statement of Requirements.
The tender document may be obtained from Kibogora Polytechnic Procurement office. For submission of their bids, all interested bidder must pay non-refundable fee of ten Thousand (10,000) Rwandan francs to account number: ‘‘493326027410185’’ the accounts of Kibogora Polytechnic opened in BPR.
All bids will be submitted at Kibogora Polytechnic main conference hall on Tuesday the 08/04/2025 time: 15h00’. Late bids will not be accepted. Bids will be opened immediately after submission.
All interested bidders may obtain some complementary information by writing using KP email [email protected] copy to [email protected] not later than fourteen (14) days before the fixed deadline for the submission of bids.
Bidding will be conducted in accordance with KP Procurement policy.
