CALL FOR EXPRESSION OF INTEREST FOR CONSULTANCY SERVICES

1. Introduction

Rwanda Association of Local Government Authorities (RALGA) is a membership-based organization established in 2002 by the Districts and City of Kigali to support the implementation of Rwanda’s decentralization policy,adopted in 2000. RALGA’s vision is to promote effective and inclusive local governance,where citizens and stakeholders actively participate in local development. Its mission is to support and advocate for local government entities through capacity building, representation and the promotion of good governance and decentralization principles.

To futher strengthen its contribution to effective local governance, RALGA is inviting qualified and experienced Individual Consultants and Consulting Firms to express their interest in providing expert consultancy services in support of its ongoing programs and initiatives.

2. Application procedure

Interested individual consultants and consulting firms are invited to submit their applications not later than 12 :00 PM (noon) on 22^nd May 2025.Applicants must complete the required information via the online form available at : https://docs.google.com/forms/d/15eA7Yp-4c-YC0F4SaiXkWtS8B_7sI0cf8YCXsRgprYs/edit and submit the necessary administrative documents by email to [email protected], with the subject line ‘‘Expression of Interest.’’
