As a graduate joining KPMG’s Audit practice—the largest in the UK—you’ll play a vital role in helping to build trust within the business community from day one. Based in our Aberdeen office, you’ll become part of a dynamic and inclusive team where curiosity, critical thinking, and collaboration are at the heart of everything we do.

Starting in Autumn 2025, this graduate programme offers the chance to study towards the ACA qualification (or CA in Scotland) while gaining practical experience on complex audits for some of the world’s most well-known organizations. What You’ll Be Doing

As a graduate trainee, you’ll:

  • Work on diverse audit engagements, developing a strong understanding of how successful businesses operate.

  • Apply critical thinking and analytical skills to challenge and assess the information clients provide.

  • Gain multi-sector exposure or specialize in a specific industry, depending on the office’s portfolio.

  • Build long-lasting relationships and contribute to continuous improvement in audit quality.

  • Embrace transformative tools, including AI technologies, that enhance audit delivery.

  • Travel to client sites as needed – audit work is seasonal, so flexibility during peak times is important.

Entry Requirements

We operate an open access policy that considers both academic qualifications and personal qualities. Typical academic expectations include:

  • GCSE Maths and English Language: Grade 5 or B (or equivalent)

  • A-Level (or equivalent): 120 UCAS points from top 3 grades, excluding General Studies

  • A 2:1 undergraduate degree in any discipline
