This month-long program, organized by the Taiwan Alliance in International Development (Taiwan AID), aims to increase international cooperation, promote cross-cultural understanding, and nurture non-profit leadership development. Selected fellows will spend three weeks working with Taiwanese non-governmental organizations (NGOs) to receive hands-on experience in project management, event planning, fundraising, and other activities. Participants will also engage in roundtable discussions and leadership development seminars to improve their professional and interpersonal abilities.

Eligibility Criteria:
