Who Can Apply?

Young Namibian graduates with:

•  A Master’s degree or an Honours Bachelor’s degree in Sustainable Finance, Development Finance, Climate Finance, Economics, International Development, Business, or a related field.
• A strong interest in development or climate financing is preferred.
• Prior professional experience is not required, though volunteer experience is an advantage.
• Experience in the usage of computers and office software packages (MS Word, Excel, etc.).
• Experience in handling web-based management systems.

Key Responsibilities

•  Conduct socio-economic research and data analysis to support policy development.
•  Assist in project management, financial tracking, and programme documentation.
•  Coordinate meetings, workshops, and internal communications.
•  Contribute to resource mobilisation efforts through proposal development and donor tracking.
•  Participate in knowledge-sharing, gender mainstreaming, and capacity-building activities.
•  Support project delivery, event organisation, and field visits.
•  Provide logistical and administrative support to ensure smooth project implementation.
