Renovation for Weighbridge concrete/(one Side)

• Removal of existing works and excavation of the soil up to 500mm
• Compacting with a roller compactor of 15T
• Backfilling and compaction of murram up to 500mm of thickness
• The reinforced Concrete ratio will be 1:1:1, with a Portland cement of 42.5N
• Reinforcement bars of Y14@150mm for a bottom matt and   Y12@150mm for Top matt; matt will be 300mm of thick.
• Beams of RC with Y16@120mm, stirrup of Y8@150mm;4horizontal beams and 3 vertical
• River sand from Kayumbu, and gravel of 2.5” average aggregate.

Renovation for Main Gate

• Supply and fixing of Casement tubes of 60*50*2.5’’
• Supply and fixing of internal tubes of 20*30*1.5”
• Ant rust undercoat
• RC columns with 1:1:2 ratio, Portland cement of 42.5N,4Y16; and stirrup of Y6@150mm.
• 3 Sliding roller of 12”

Construction of channel for drainage and water to protect water to the intake

• Digging a hole of 3600*600*40
• Constructing the stones
• Finishing of the channel with two coats of plaster finishes
• Digging a soak pit   way of 5m deep with 1m of diameter
• Reinforced concrete cover of soak pit  way of 1.2m diameter with a thickness of 20 cm
• Repair of printh from intake
• Cover of the pit
• Repairing for angle bar of 50mm to be used from intake

Relocation for  security house

• Demolishing existing one
• Trensh  levelling  of 3.8m*3.5m
• Construction using the same material as the existing one
