CLIENT: RWANDA BROADCASTING AGENCY (RBA)

1. Rwanda broadcasting agency, RBA (hereinafter called ‘’client”) intends to apply a portion of its ordinary budget to eligible payments under the contract for which this invitation for bids is issued; RBA invites qualified national bidders to submit bids for the provision of insurance for machinery and RBA building as indicated in the terms of reference. The tender is composed of one indivisible lot.
2. Tender Documents in English may be obtained from umucyo.gov.rw upon presentation of proof payment of a non-refundable fee of Five Thousand Rwandan francs (RWF 5,000) to Account titled “Rwanda Revenue Authority” opened in all commercial banks of Rwanda.
3. The Bids “shall” be accompanied by a “Declaration of commitment”. Enquiries regarding this tender may be addressed to umucyo.gov.rw

1. Well prepared and scanned price schedule and other required administrative documents shall be uploaded and submitted to umucyo.gov.rwnot later than 27^th/04/2021 at 11:00 am Local time. Late bids submission will be rejected by the E-procurement system. Bids will be opened automatically by E-procurement system prior the deadline for submission 11:10 am Local time.
2. Bidding will be conducted in accordance with LawN°62/2018 of 25/08/2018on Public Procurement.
