Aim and Benefits of AUT Undergraduate International Exchange Scholarship
The aim of the AUT Undergraduate International Exchange Scholarship is to support students when, due to financial circumstances, it would be difficult for them to undertake an exchange.

- The tenure of this scholarship is for one semester.
Requirements for AUT Undergraduate International Exchange Scholarship Qualification
Recipients must write a report and submit the report to the Associate Director Operations and Partnerships, AUT International Group on their exchange experience and the outcomes from it within one month of the completion of their exchange.
Applicants must upload to their application a written statement outlining:
- Which university the applicant has been accepted into and why they chose that university.
- How the international exchange experience will benefit the applicant.
- The financial circumstances that would make it difficult to undertake an overseas exchange.
- The applicant’s ability to fund the balance of the costs associated with the exchange if their application is successful (a one semester exchange generally incurs a cost of $10,000- $12,000 depending on the destination).
Applicants must nominate two referees through the portal and send the email request to provide a reference statement through the portal.

Selection
Recipients will be selected by a panel comprising representatives nominated by the Director AUT International.
Notified
All applicants will be notified of the outcome by the AUT Scholarships Office.
