- Transport & OSP Planning Senior Engineer will design and plan the Optical and Microwave transmission network as well as the physical Fibre path across the MTN Rwanda network in support of providing a better reliable network. - Coordinate with multiple internal customers, including project managers, in support of bringing each project to completion on both budget and schedule.
