MobiCash Rwanda is a leading financial technology company dedicated to revolutionizing digital payments and financial services across Rwanda. With a commitment to innovation and customer centric solutions, we are seeking a dynamic Chief Financial Officer to join our executive team.
Responsibilities:
Provide strategic financial leadership to the organization.
Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
Manage financial reporting and analysis, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Monitor and optimize cash flow and liquidity.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive financial growth strategies.
Assess and manage financial risks, ensuring regulatory compliance.
Lead investor relations and engagement activities.
Mentor and develop finance team members.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (Master’s/MBA preferred).
Proven experience as a CFO or senior finance executive in a fast-paced environment.
Strong knowledge of financial regulations, risk management, and reporting.
Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
Strategic thinker with excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
Proficient in financial software and tools.
