Program Overview

The Flagship Fellowship is a 16-week leadership and venture development program designed for impact-driven entrepreneurs. This program aims to equip participants with the skills, mentorship, and resources necessary to achieve product-market fit and scale their ventures. The fellowship starts with an in-person immersive experience in Boulder, Colorado, followed by virtual sessions. This structure offers award-winning training, committed mentorship, and a supportive community of peers.

Fellowship Details

Key Dates and Format

• Program Duration: August 1st to November 12th, 2024 (16 weeks).
• In-Person Immersive: A 10-day immersive session starting August 1st, 2024.
• Virtual Sessions: Weekly sessions for the remaining 15 weeks (8–10 hours per week).

Training and Support

Fellows will participate in weekly expert-led sessions covering essential topics such as Foundations, Data & Metrics, Go-To-Market, Funding, Team Management, and Pitching. The program also includes the Impact Series, where renowned leaders and entrepreneurs share their experiences and mentor the fellows.

Basecamp and Summit

Each Fellow will host a “Basecamp” in their community, a 1-3 day workshop designed to gather local stakeholders, share venture work, receive feedback, and foster community engagement. The fellowship concludes with a Summit on November 12th, 2024, where Fellows pitch their ventures to local leaders, funders, and entrepreneurs.

Eligibility and Application Process

Who Should Apply?

• Entrepreneurs and Community Leaders: Individuals committed to creating sustainable, scalable impact in their communities.
• Venture Stage: Ideal applicants are in the Problem-Solution Fit or Product-Market Fit phases, with engaged customers or beneficiaries and demonstrated outcomes.
• Geographical Focus: Preference is given to applicants from the USA, Mexico, East Africa, Brazil, Johor Bahru, Malaysia, and China.

Application Steps

1. Submit Application: Complete the online application by June 1st, 2024.
2. First Round Review: Applications are reviewed for strong leadership qualities and innovative, scalable ventures.
3. Interview: Qualified applicants will be invited for a 20-minute Zoom interview.
4. Final Review: Selected profiles will be reviewed by an external Admissions Committee.
5. Acceptance Notification: Notifications will be sent by June 27th, 2024.
6. Enrollment: Accepted Fellows must confirm their participation and attend a “Meet the Cohort Webinar.”

Program Elements

Training

Fellows engage in comprehensive training sessions that cover vital areas of venture development and leadership. These sessions are designed to provide the knowledge and skills necessary for scaling impact-driven ventures.

Basecamp

A Basecamp is an Impact Workshop led by each Fellow in their community. It serves as a platform for sharing venture progress, receiving feedback, and building local partnerships. Successful Basecamps can unlock new opportunities, additional funding, and media exposure.

Venture Development Stipend

Selected Fellows will receive a portion of a $20,000 stipend based on their progress and impact throughout the program.
