We are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to oversee our co-living spaces and Airbnb properties, ensuring the highest level of guest satisfaction and property performance.
Job Description:
As the General Manager of Co-Living Spaces and Airbnb Properties, you will be responsible for the overall management, performance, and success of our diverse portfolio. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Property Management:
Supervise property operations, maintenance, and housekeeping.
Ensure that properties are maintained to high standards and are ready for guest stays.
Manage property budgets and expenses efficiently.
- Guest Experience:
Deliver exceptional guest experiences through effective communication and problem-solving.
Respond to guest inquiries and issues promptly and professionally.
Implement strategies to improve guest satisfaction and loyalty.
- Team Leadership:
Lead and motivate a team of property managers, housekeepers, and support staff.
Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
Provide training and development opportunities for team members.
- Marketing and Revenue Management:
Develop and implement pricing strategies to maximize property revenue.
Optimize property listings on Airbnb and other online platforms.
Collaborate with marketing teams to promote properties effectively.
- Reporting and Analytics:
Monitor property performance metrics and generate regular reports.
Analyze data to make informed decisions to improve property profitability.
Suggest improvements based on market trends and guest feedback.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, business, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
Proven experience in property management, preferably in the co-living or short-term rental industry.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
Familiarity with Airbnb and other booking platforms.
Financial acumen and budget management experience.
Strong analytical skills for data-driven decision-making.
Results-oriented and customer-focused.
Strong English language communication is a must
