The Jiangsu Jasmine Scholarship 2025 is a prestigious initiative funded by the Jiangsu Provincial Government of China. It aims to attract outstanding international students to pursue full-time study programs (undergraduate, master’s, doctoral) as well as non-degree and exchange programs in top universities and colleges across Jiangsu Province.

This scholarship is part of the “Study in Jiangsu” campaign, designed to boost international academic exchange and enhance the global reputation of Jiangsu’s higher education system.

Degree Level

Jiangsu Normal University China Jasmine Scholarship 2025 (Fully Funded) is available to undertake Bachelor, Masters, PhD level programs at Jiangsu University.

Benefits

1. Full Scholarship

1. Tuition waiver, registration fee, lab fees, and internship costs (within curriculum)
2. Free on-campus accommodation or CNY 10,000/year housing allowance
3. Monthly living stipend of CNY 1,500
4. Comprehensive medical insurance

Note: Students registering before the 15th of the month will receive a full living stipend for that month; those registering after the 15th will receive half.

2. Partial Scholarship

1. College Students: CNY 20,000/year (1 academic year)
2. Undergraduate/Postgraduate Students: CNY 30,000/year (1 academic year)
3. Non-degree/Exchange Students: CNY 2,000/month (3–12 months, based on agreement)

Open to applicants of all nationalities.

Eligibility Criteria

1. Must be a non-Chinese citizen in good physical and mental health
2. Must meet academic qualifications and age limits:

1- Undergraduate/College: Senior high school diploma, under 30 years old

2-Master’s Degree: Bachelor’s degree, under 35 years old

3-PhD: Master’s degree, under 40 years old

1. Must obey Chinese laws and meet admission criteria of the host university
2. Should not be receiving other scholarships from the Chinese government or other sources

Application Procedure

3. Fill in the online application form
4. Upload required documents
5. Print, sign, and mail the form along with notarized documents to the Jasmine Scholarship Office

Required Documents

1. Scanned passport copy
2. Highest academic degree/diploma (or proof of enrollment if currently studying)
3. Academic transcripts (translated if not in English/Chinese)
4. Two recommendation letters (for postgraduate applicants)
5. Other relevant documents as required
