Key Accountabilities

Talent Strategy

  • Understand digital talent needs.
  • Work with leadership, and specifically with the Business, to determine hiring targets and develop profiles and specifications.
  • Work with leadership to ensure success of new hires, including altering hiring criteria and adapting integration/professional development programs.

Talent Delivery

  • Lead a team of recruiters to turn profile requirements into an effective sourcing strategy using an appropriate combination of executive search, direct sourcing, online postings, referrals, and other relevant methods.
  • Work with the corporate recruiting team to efficiently convert high potential candidates to accept offers, including navigating local HR, legal and compliance requirements around offer structure, compensation and administration.
  • Manage cultivation and integration into the digital unit.
  • Plan coordinate and drive other aspects of the HR/PD processes as needed including on-boarding, reviews, compensation, and training.

Talent Team Building

  • Develop the skills and capabilities of other members of the team. Serve as an active member of the Digital leadership focused on: tracking key success and performance metrics, identifying and recommending improvement opportunities and/or constraints, and ensuring talent remains a leadership agenda item.
  • Evaluate, manage and develop 3rd-party recruiting resources (search firms, research contractors, job-boards, etc.).
  • Keep abreast of cutting-edge knowledge topics relevant to recruiting in digital and professional development area (attend knowledge training days, collect intelligence from the marketplace, and identify trends and patterns).

Entrepreneurial, organized self-starter who is self-motivated, but also a team player with a professional presence. Passion for design and user experience. Ability to get things done, while also collaborating. Strong communication and organizational skills are a must.

Experience & Qualifications

  • 8+ years of recruiting/HR/PD experience and/or other relevant digital experience
  • Proven ability to cultivate trust-based relationships with partners, peers, vendors and candidates.
  • Flexible to travel and work outside of standard office hours
Purpose of the job
  • People Lead will be responsible for digital talent acquisition and development globally.
  • The responsibilities will most likely evolve as the client digital incubator grows, but initially we see three areas of performance: Strategy, Delivery and Team Building.
  • Bachelor’s degree required, advanced degree a plus.
  • Exceptional organizational and administrative skills, at ease with abundance of details and complexity, yet mindful of big picture,
  • ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize them, and carry them out independently. Strong computer and analytical skills; proficient with Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Strong client services orientation; professional services experience a plus
