BRAC Rwanda Microfinance Company PLC is a subsidiary of BRAC International Holdings B.V. and registered with Rwanda Development Board as a public limited company. Recently BRAC Rwanda Microfinance Company received a provisional license from National Bank of Rwanda to operate Microfinance and other financial services in Rwanda. BRAC Rwanda Microfinance Company PLC is looking for competent, dynamic and self-motivated Rwandan to fill the following regular position-
Job Title: Head of HR & Training
No. of Vacancies: One (1),
Tenure: 1 year (Renewable based on satisfactory performance
Salary: Negotiable
Reports to: CEO
Duty station: Rwanda Country Office in Kigali City.
Key responsibilities:
Provide HR Leadership, collaborate with the management team to design and implement strategies to support organizational growth and culture.
Collaborate with the HR team in the head office in rolling out organizational development initiatives.
Direct and supervise the complete cycle of HR operations.
Develop practices and programs that attract, retain and develop the best possible talent in the marketplace and makes the company attractive through competitive pay and engaging culture.
Provide services that effectively meet the needs of the operations, its managers and its employees through the implementation and management of processes that ensure that training and development needs are regularly identified and that activities to meet needs are planned, delivered, and evaluated.
Liaison with local legislative bodies, regularly update and develop relevant HR policies to ensure smooth running or organization operations.
Develop diversity inclusion to foster cross cultural collaboration to promote and sustain organizational excellence.
Develop and promote positive employer-employee relations to ensure happy workplaces which will help to improve service excellences.
Implementing Performance Management based culture in line with policy.
Perform any other tasks as assigned by the supervisor
Education: At least a Bachelor Degree in Human Resource Management
Experience: At least 5 years of managerial experience in Human Resources related field. Experience of working in International NGOs will be considered as an added advantage.
