Job Description
• Organize and arrange the Deputy Principal’s appointments;
• Receive visitors to Deputy Principal
• Prepare and proof reads responses to letters addressed to the Deputy Principal;
• Receive calls from different people and IPRC units wishing to talk to the Deputy Principal;
• Prepare minutes for different meetings;
• Summarize detailed information for Deputy Principal’s attention;
• Ensure the Deputy Principal receives management information as required;
• Decide on the type of management information that is passed to the Deputy Principal
– Make logistical preparations for all meetings of the Deputy Principal;
Job Profile
Advanced Diploma in Secretarial Studies, Office Management with 3 years working experience or Bachelor’s Degree in Public Administration, Administrative Sciences, Management, Sociology, Social Work, Law
Key Technical Skills & Knowledge required:
– Office Management Skills;
– Excellent Communication, Organizational, Interpersonal Skills;
– Computer knowledge (Work Processing, Power Point and Internet)
– Analytical and problem solving skills;
– Time management skills;
– Fluent in Kinyarwanda and English or French
