Job Description
– Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software and hardware
– Maintain daily performance of computer systems and printers
– Respond to email messages for customers seeking help
– Walk customer through problem solving process
– Install, modify and repair computer hardware, software and printer
– Install anti
– virus and clean up computers
– Run diagnostic programs to resolve problems
– Resolve technical problems with Local Area Networks (LAN) and other network systems
– Install computer peripherals for users
– Follow up with customers to ensure issue has been resolved
– Gain feedback from customers about computer usage
– Run reports to determine malfunctions that continue to occur
Job Profile
A level /A2 in Information Technology, Information Communication Technology any of these is compulsory, a Diploma in any of these is added advantage.
– Skills: Skills in network troubleshooting , computer maintenance and printer are also added advantage
