Job at MINISTRY OF HEALTH : Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) Specialist (Deadline: 31 May 2019)
Job Description
• Monitor the implementation of the action plans according to wider plans, programs and projects
• Analyze the reports on programs implementation and evaluate results of programs and projects
• Analyze and strengthen statistical data base of the institution
• Ensure availability of statistical data for policy making
• Monitor the budget execution
• Evaluate the impact of the implementation of policies and programs
• Ensure harmonization of all M&E systems within the health sector
• Coordinate the reviews and evaluation of health sector programs, strategies, policies,…
• Provide capacity building to Districts in the area of M&E
• Review report for health sector stakeholders and provide feedback: advisee/recommendation
• Prepare quarterly and annual Sector performance report to be submitted to higher levels
• Prepare reports of implementation recommendations from Parliament and international organization
• Consolidate the annual reports from departments and affiliated institutions
• consolidate the annual reports on budget execution and performance reports
• Perform any other duty assigned by the supervisor and aligned with the mission
• Be a global burden of diseases expert in your field
Job Profile
A0 in Public Health, Epidemiology, Health Sciences, Management, Economics; Health Administration, Hospital Administration, Development Studies, Project Management, Business Administration with 3 years of working experience or Master or Equivalent in Public Health, Epidemiology, Health Sciences, Management, Economics; Health Administration, Hospital Administration, Development Studies, Project Management, Business Administration with 1 year of working experience.
