JOB TITLE

1.Property Management Officer

Job summary

The role is responsible for periodic inspection of Bank buildings and Branches and reporting on their condition and processing repairs.

Education & Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate Management, Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or any related discipline
  • Qualifications in Property Management will be added advantage

Experience


    • 3 years’ experience in Property Management and Administration in a financial institution

    WHAT YOU WILL DO

    Property Management

    • Ensure all Bank’s properties are managed efficiently within the laid down policies and procedures.
    • Supervise all the service providers to ensure that they are performing their duties as per the agreed standards
    • Initiate and supervise all scheduled maintenance and service of equipment.
    • Initiate and supervise renovations and refurbishment of all Cogebanque properties
    • Coordinate handling of repairs, breakdowns and faults of equipment and assigning contractors on complicated breakdowns.
    • Inspect all equipment and coordinate repairs and replacements of damaged equipment including making recommendations for those assets that are due for disposal.
    • Monitor the operating status of equipment and prepare requisitions for repair and replacement.
    • Inspect, evaluate and advise on the state of the Bank’s properties and rented premises both new ones that are going to be occupied and the existing ones.

    Logistics Management Administration

    • Assist with staff induction in responsibility for the care of the property and provide support in the use of facilities in the buildings
    • Monitor all health and safety issues including, fire audits and electrical tests
    • Maintaining accurate property records
    • Input into an annual budget setting for Property Management.
    • Periodic reporting

    The position is responsible for the planning and implementation of marketing plans and campaigns in compliance to Bank’s Corporate Identity and brand and in line with the overall business objectives of the Bank.

    • 3 years’ experience in a marketing or branding role in a reputable financial institution or FMCG company.
    • Understand various business Banking segments and Banking operations
    • Understanding of product development and research
    • Knowledge of social media management is required




    WHAT YOU WILL DO

    Marketing

    • Plan, and execute marketing strategies and activities to establish and maintain brand presence in the market
    • Develop effective product positioning in the market
    • Conduct competitive strategic analysis, consumer segmentation, and consumer insight development
    • Brief and train sales personnel
    • Launch and oversee advertising and media planning
    • Develop and implement a social media marketing plan
    • Delivering events on time, within budget, that meet (and hopefully exceed) expectations.

    Branding

    • Coordinate activities of specialists involved in the brand positioning of the products
    • Undertake package development strategies.
    • Manage brand application and usage in a standardized manner across all communication points; Branded items, trade tools, Stationery, Print media, Outdoor advertising, TV and Radio
    • Attend marketing meetings
    • Organize Bank events
