Job at SUPREME COURT : Logistics HCC NYANZA( Deadline 18 September 2018 )

 

Job Description

– Develop and implement the methodologies and tools to enable effective execution of logistic plans;

– Ensure proper management of logistics in order to facilitate the proper functioning of the HCC;

– Ensure proper management (execution) of contracts related to court logistics,

– Participate in elaboration of technical specifications of goods and services to be delivered to the HCC

– Follow up on the maintenance of equipment and materials in the HCC

– Proper keeping records for all assets of the judiciary,

– Prepare monthly a, Quarterly and annual reports for the stock and assets

– Ensure timely stock replenishment to prevent crisis

– Ensure proper management of fuel,

– Follow up repairs and maintenance of home utilities, building, water and communication bills…

Job Profile

Bachelor’s Degree in Store Management, Management, Logistics Management, Economics, Procurement, Public Administration, Business Administration,

Key Technical skills & Knowledge required:

 

– Knowledge of Management of Material Resources;

– Knowledge of supply chain management;

– Organizational skills;

– Report writing and presentation skills,

– Integrity and accountability skills;

– Communication and collaboration skills;

– Team working Skills / Interpersonal skills

– Time management skills,

– Analytical and Interpersonal skills;

– Computer skills;

– Fluent in Kinyarwanda, English and/ or French; knowledge of all is an advantage.

Job Description

– clearly define measurable indicators of

– outputs, outcomes and impact

– Monitor and Evaluation the achievements of Judiciary goals and targets as set in strategic, annual and operational plans and projects.

– Reports M&E findings and best practices to

– facilitate evidence based planning, learning and informed decision making

– Provide recommendations for

– improving implementation performance and the design of policies, plans and projects

– Prepare periodic and/or ad hoc reports on matters related to the monitoring and Evaluation of judicial performance.

– Perform related work as may be required

Job Profile

Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Project Management, Management, Development Studies, Public Administration or Business Administration.

 

Key technical skills & knowledge required:

– knowledge and understanding of the Rwandan public service and labor sector,

– Knowledge of result based management,

– Logical frame work approach,

– Strategic Planning processes and tools,

– Knowledge of monitoring and evaluation systems,

– Knowledge of strategic planning

– Knowledge of organization structure
